ILM72 is a questionnaire designed to provide an insight into the Leadership Style of the individual. Leadership is one of the key elements in inspiring people towards the achievement of organisational goals. An examination of every leading leadership model showed that they all seemed to have their roots in six specific scales. It is now possible to measure an individual’s examined styles and match these to the needs of the organisation.

ILM72 also provides an indication of an individuals score on 3 most important factors which determine effective leadership, known as global scales. In addition, the software generates reports for managers, coaches and individuals to facilitate understanding and development as well as Distance Travelled Report and OD report.
